Education and/or Experience:
Able to understand, interpret and explain contractual terms and conditions to internal and external customers.
Able to manage and truck multiple versions of contracts prior to final signature; competent understanding of DeltaView comparison program is strongly desired.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems and meet urgent deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree Required
Paralegal Certificate and accreditation from an ABA Paralegal Educational Institution highly desirable.
3 Plus years of solid commercial contract review and drafting experience is a huge plus.

Senior Paralegal, Contracts Manager

We are a small but mighty Legal Department, with the intention of keeping things simple, efficient and streamlined.
Assist in protecting
the company's legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope
established by the company. Responsibilities will include organizing and
administering contractual documents with vendors, customers and/or partners,
while working closely with company employees, managers, executives, finance/purchasing
department as well as the legal department to structure contracts. This is an exciting time to put your fingerprint on new procedures and outcomes!
