Job Description:

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant for their Core Laboratory.

• Full Time, 40 hours per week, 2nd Shift
• 1200-2030, M-F, rotating weekends

Required Minimum Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer: Completion of one semester course in Phlebotomy

Required Minimum Experience:
• Highly Prefer: 6 months experience as a phlebotomist
• Completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy preferred

Required License/Certification:
• Prefer: PBT (ASCP)

Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Prefer: Venipuncture skills with all age groups
