We need talented professionals across multiple disciplines who want to contribute to the company's mission and advance its vision, while also shaping its future.How you'll shape the future of the Finance Department:As the finance advisor to HPC, RYAM's largest business segment, you will develop and update financial reports and dashboards to support HPC business forecasting, planning and decision making.Review, analyze and provide interpretation of financial results against planned performance, review accuracy and reasonableness of field forecast data.Support monthly and annual SIOP planning and other initiatives such as new system implementation; facilitate the integration of SIOP and financial plans.Coordinate and support the corporate long-range planning (LRP) process and lead modeling of business scenarios, help manage specific corporate strategy initiatives across the company, and facilitate cross-functional and cross-business projects.Attend commercial meetings to support the sales team and provide guidance in decision making.Mentor and develop junior Finance team members.You'll be someone who can bring:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.8-12 years of experience supporting a revenue generating division with a focus on manufacturing, planning and analysis and a track record of increasing responsibility.Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to apply sound judgment.Strong understanding of GAAP accounting. Cellulosic and/or Specialty Chemical industry knowledge a plus. Excel power user a must.Experience in any of the following systems a plus: SAP, OneStream, Salesforce, IBP.
