Graduate of a C.A.H.E.A approved Nuclear Medicine Technology Program required
Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine required
BLS certification required
National, State and Local qualifying boards, (N.M.T.C.B.) Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board, registered/certified or registry eligibility fulfilled.

As a Nuclear Med Tech in our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for operating the nuclear medicine equipment, producing images, preparing radio-pharmaceuticals, preparing scan room, camera, computer and supplies. This position also provides patient services utilizing Nuclear medicine in collaboration with the manager, Medical Director and staff consistent with the mission of UP Health System – Portage.
