The Chemical Repository is a supporting lab for all the labs in GeneTox department.
Perform procedures for receiving, logging-in and storing test articles and positive controls. Perform solubility and miscibility determinations on test articles. Carry out procedures for the accurate and safe measurement of solid and liquid test articles. Perform procedures for the return of test articles and dosing solution samples.
Who you are: Possess good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- BA/BS in scientific discipline, or equivalent scientific experience
- Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software applications, specifically MS Office (Word and Excel). Good laboratory and Good Documentation Practices.
- No traveling involved
- Undergo physical examination conducted by a doctor.
- Must use PPE, and be able to lift 50 pounds of weight
This is a 1st shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
